Kelley McLean passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Adams Boulevard Church of Christ with Ministers Daryl Hayes, Art Henley and Dave Hammonds officiating. Interment will be in Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
Kelley Elaine McLean was born July 1, 1979, in Cleburne, TX, to William Wallace and Juanita Carol (Parrish) McLean. She was a 1998 graduate of Bartlesville High School, where she regularly participated in the Special Olympics. Kelley was a member of Adams Boulevard Church of Christ and a very enthusiastic participant in Relay for Life. So much of her life was devoted to collecting Beanie Babies, garage-sale-hopping with her mom, and doting on her nephews. She was loved by everyone and always ready to help others.
Kelley is survived by her parents, William and Carol McLean of Bartlesville; one brother, Greg McLean of Bartlesville; sisters: Karen Monroe and husband, David, of Bartlesville and Renee McLean of Prague, Czech Republic; grandparents, Johnnie and Nita Parrish of Bedford, TX; one aunt, Sue Rogers Zimmerman of Bedford, TX; her beloved nephews: Chad Cox; Ben, Jacob and Lane South, all of Bartlesville; numerous cousins, friends, and special friend, Charlie Blunk.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bruce and Lola McLean, and an uncle, Bruce Michael McLean.
The family would like to thank Comforting Hands Hospice for their loving care given to Kelley.
