Mrs. Bernice Z. Duncan, 82, of Bartlesville, died at 9:47 P.M. on Wednesday October 9, 2013, in Bartlesville.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Adams Blvd. Church of Christ, with Mr. Dave Hammons officiating. Interment will be in the Ethel Reece Cemetery at Barnsdall under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Mrs. Duncan was born on March 30, 1931 at Muskogee, Oklahoma to Earnest Lee and Dollie Lucille (Cole) Osterloh. She came to the Barnsdall area as a young child, and received and completed her education there. She was married to William Carl Duncan at Vinita, Oklahoma in November of 1949. They made their home in several communities in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Illinois, where Mr. Duncan retired after 40 years with Williams Companies; he preceded her in death on February 19, 1989 at Robinson, Illinois. She moved to Bartlesville in 1990 after his passing and made her home here for the past 23 years. She was a dedicated wife, homemaker, and mother. Mrs. Duncan was a member of the Adams Blvd. Church of Christ.
Mrs. Duncan is survived by her daughter Mrs. Janet White and husband Paul of Edmond, Oklahoma, by two sons, Ronnie Duncan of Cleveland, Oklahoma, and Steve Duncan and wife Cindy of Hulbert, Oklahoma and by two sisters, Mrs. Opal Beck of Independence, Kansas, and Mrs. Shielda Hunter of Texas, and by a brother Justin Osterloh of Oregon, and a Uncle KY Cole of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and by eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband William Carl Duncan in 1989, and a sister Earnestine Ola Osterloh in 1960.
