Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday in the First Baptist Church in Ponca City with Rev. Justin Ronald Locke and Rev. Cary Brown officiating. Cremation arrangements were by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
James Ronald Locke was born on November 21, 1947 at Nashville, Tennessee the son of Bill and Louise (Gibson) Locke. He was raised around the Midwest and graduated from High School in Littleton, Colorado. He graduated from Northern Oklahoma College at Tonkawa and attended the Professional Golf Association School in Florida. He married Glenda on June 29, 1990. He had worked as a Golf Professional and as a stockbroker. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ponca City. He married Glenda Mae Kamp on June 29, 1990. He had worked as a Golf Professional and as a stockbroker. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ponca City. He loved to play golf, go hunting and spend time with his friends and family.
Ron is survived by his wife Glenda of the home, two sons, Justin Ronald Locke of Holden, Missouri and Billy Locke of Stillwater, two step-sons, Brian Riddle and Kelly Riddle both of Tonkawa, his mother Louise Locke of Ponce City and five grandchildren, Jude Ronald Locke, Josiah William Locke, Haley Riddle, Ally Riddle and Reagan Riddle. Ron was preceded in death by his father Bill Locke
