Johnnie Paul Steeley of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away February 18, 2013 in Tulsa following a long illness. He was 69.

The son of Johnnie & Iris (Ross) Steeley, he was born on November 12, 1943 in Commerce, Oklahoma.
Johnnie was a carpenter in the construction industry and was a member of the Okie-Arkie Trail Riding Club and the Oil Capitol Trail Riding Club.
Johnnie is survived by his wife, Patsy of the home; 2-sons, Jake Steeley & wife Vicky of Talala, Oklahoma, & Keith Steeley of Broken Arrow; 4-grandchildren; 4-great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his mother, Iris Steeley of Dewey, Oklahoma, a brother, Bobby Steeley and wife Brenda of Claremore, Oklahoma; a sister, Elaine Botelho and husband Mike of Pharr, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews, and in-laws J.D. and Roma-lee Howard of Copan.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie C. Steeley.
Services were held February 22, 2013, with Rev. Mike Ross of Indianola presiding, at Christian-Gavlik Funeral Home in Broken Arrow.
