LouAnn Stills passed away at 12:15 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013 at her home in Yates Center, KS.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013 in the Walker-Brown Chapel with Chaplain Mike Grahm officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
LouAnn was born September 7, 1957 in Bartlesville, OK to Jack Walter and Betty JoAnn (Bowden) Prather. She loved animals, and enjoyed the outdoors. She was very creative with arts and crafts along with making creations out of driftwood. She had a love for antiques. LouAnn was very proud of her Native American heritage and her green eyes.
LouAnn is survived by two daughters; Laura and husband Noah Brubaker of Eureka, KS, Shannon and husband Marcus Naylor of Bartlesville, and son; Matthew Ryan Smith and wife Kimberley (Wright) of Bartlesville. Her mother, JoAnn Rich of Bartlesville. LouAnn's partner Charles Yoder of Yates Center, KS, and her beloved Golden Retriever Charm. She was blessed with five grandchildren; Skyla, Jaden, Baylee, Sylas and Lilly. Two brothers; Lynn Prather of Oglesby, Jim Prather of Bartlesville, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Prather and brother, Ray Prather.
