Mary Louise Trapp, resident of Montereau Health Center, died peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the age of 89 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She lived her entire life in Bartlesville, Oklahoma until moving to Montereau in 2005 to be near her daughters. Mary Louise was born on December 29, 1923 to parents John and Theresa Plein in Bartlesville. She was employed as an executive secretary for Phillips Petroleum Company prior to marrying Robert Trapp in 1949 and retiring to become a wife, mother and homemaker.

She is survived by daughter Cynthia Myers of Tulsa, son James Trapp of Phoenix, daughter Theresa Ross of Tulsa; grandchildren Robert Myers of Florida, Christine Myers of France, Nathan Ross of Tulsa and 2 great grandchildren, Samuel Myers and Evangeline Myers of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents and brother, John Plein. Mary Louise was blessed with her wit and humor until the end of her life. She was a member of St John Catholic Church in Bartlesville her entire life until moving to Tulsa in 2005.
Visitation is 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm Wednesday at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 pm Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the chapel of Saint Mary's Catholic Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
