Mrs. Shirley Ann Coffee, 77, of Bartlesville, died at 8:56 A.M. on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at The Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Funeral services for Mrs. Coffee will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Bartlesville Southern Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Rummage officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mrs. Coffee was born at Phillips, Texas on May 16, 1936 to Arch O. and Thelma (Travis) Fine. She grew up and received her education in Phillips, Texas and then at Borger, Texas where she graduated from high school. She was married to Ted Carter Coffee on July 22, 1954 at Clovis, New Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Coffee made their homes in Borger, Texas and then came to Bartlesville in 1964 with Mr. Coffee's employment with Phillips Petroleum Co. Mrs. Coffee had worked at the Montgomery Ward Store in Bartlesville and had also served as the church secretary at the Bartlesville Southern Baptist Church. In 1982 Phillips transferred Mr. Coffee to Pampa, Texas and while living there Mrs. Coffee served as the church secretary at the Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa. They returned to Bartlesville to make their home following Mr. Coffee's retirement from Phillips in 1987. Mrs. Coffee was an active member of Bartlesville Southern Baptist where she has served on various committees. She was a volunteer at the Voice of the Martyrs and had been an active member of the Okie Country RV Club.
Mrs. Coffee is survived by one daughter, Lesa Skinner and her husband, Mike of Bartlesville, one brother, Don Fine of Amarillo, Texas, two granddaughters, Andrea Skinner and Amanda Skinner both of Bartlesville, a nephew, Don Schirlls and wife Linda of Bartlesville, and extended family members Kim Mabry and wife Judy of Bartlesville, as well as a number of other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Coffee was preceded in death by her father, Arch O. Fine, her mother, Thelma Fine Phillips, her step father, Bill Phillips, two sisters, Betty Schirlls and Pauline Pittman, a nephew, Michael Schirlls and by her husband, Ted C. Coffee on July 4, 1995.
