Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Burris of East Cross United Methodist Church officiating. Graveside services and interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Starr Magdalene Graham was born April 27, 1930 at Vera, Oklahoma to Samuel Greer and Vianna (Willhite) Bell. She was raised and received her education in Vera, Oklahoma graduating high school there in 1948. Mrs. Graham worked for the Commerce Printing Company. She later worked for Green's Department Store at the make-up counter. Mrs. Graham was married to John William Graham in Bartlesville, on December 31, 1950 and they made their home here since that time. Mrs. Graham also owned and operated the Penn Book Store in Pennington Hills Plaza from 1967 to 1968. She was a member of the East Cross United Methodist Church, the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and the East Cross Retirees.
Survivors include; three sons Carter J. Graham of Bartlesville, Kerry W. Graham and his wife Sarah of Copan and Kevin L. Graham and his wife Debbie of Bartlesville; one daughter Lynda L. Clopp and her husband Christopher of Tulsa; one sister-in-law Mary Ann Divens and her husband Bill of Muncie, Indiana; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
