Terrence (Terry) Davis, 75 of Bartlesville, OK formerly of Frontenac, KS died at 7:27 p.m. June 4, 2013 at his home in Bartlesville.
He was born July 13, 1937 in Pittsburg, KS the son of Clifford and Euphemia (Monahan) Davis.
Terry attended Sacred Heart Elementary School; was a 1955 graduate of Frontenac High School and then in 1960 received his Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Kansas University.
Terry moved to Bartlesville and began working for Phillips Petroleum in 1960, in the mid 1970's was sent by his employer to live and work in England. He returned to Bartlesville five years later and continued working for Phillips Petroleum until his retirement. He was a computer programmer for Phillips Petroleum and he worked for them his entire working history.
He was active in the United Sates Army for a brief time in the 1960's.
Terry was of the Catholic Faith and when living in Frontenac in his earlier years attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. While living in Bartlesville he volunteered for the SPCA. Terry enjoyed classical music and was an accomplished pianist.
Survivors include a sister Nora Spigarelli of Raytown, MO; a nephew Mark Spigarelli and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a niece Jane Spigarelli.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday June 10th at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frontenac with Father Thomas Stroot as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Mount Carmel Cemetery. The parish rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac where friends may call after 10 a.m. Sunday.
