In loving memory of our mother, Virginia Helen (Williams) King, 85, of Barnsdall, who went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 30th, 2013.
Funeral services for Mrs. King will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, July 5, 2013 at the Avant Baptist Church in Avant, Oklahoma with Rev. Raymond Henson officiating. Interment will be in the Ramona Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Visitation for Mrs. King will be at the Stumpff Funeral Home in Bartlesville from 9 AM till 9 P.M. Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mrs. King was born at Powers, Oregon on February 1, 1928 to Joe Wesley Williams and Maude Beatrice (Walker) Williams. She was raised by and aunt and uncle, George and Damaris Williams of Ramona, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Damaris Williams, husbands, Clarence Orville King, Kenneth Leon Gaylord and Roy Allen Harris, one brother, George Leroy Williams, a half brother, John Gray Greenwood, and cousins, Lorenzo Dutch Williams and Jacob Wesley Williams.
She is survived by seven children, Joyce King, Mary and Ben Mogus, Joe and Janis King, Debbie and Gene Petersen, Terry and Nancy King, Ron and Sue Harris, Cindy Briley and Robert Brown, nine step children, Rick and Kathy Grauman, Clarence and Sharon King, Clifford and Cindy King, Tim and Joy King, Darla and Albert Leslie, Peggy Brooks, Velda King, B.J. King, Bobby Gaylord, a nephew, Don Williams, 40 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
