William Ray Harbour, 80, went home to be with his heavenly Father on November 18, 2013 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Ray was born October 31, 1933 in Norman, Arkansas to William and Ollie Dixon Harbour. Ray was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the Navy. He was a programmer analyst for Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma for 30 years until his retirement. Ray was an avid sportsman, a member of FPMC bowling and softball teams and coached Little League and Pony League baseball teams. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Ray is predeceased by his parents; a son, Kenneth Dean Harbour; and sister, Lola Wayne Cooper.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Zeldene Bohannon Harbour. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Wayne Ray Harbour and his wife Sheri of Carrollton, Texas; his twin brother, Fay Harbour of Bartlesville, OK; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held 2-4 p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at Lakeview Baptist Church, Cave Springs with Rev. Johnny Harp officiating. Interment will follow at Bluff Cemetery.
