Frances Joy Kelley, 64, resident of Dewey, died at 7:59 P.M. Friday in Tulsa.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Dewey Church of Christ, with Mr., Robert Hamm officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mrs. Kelley was born January 29, 1950 at Nowata, Oklahoma to Rudolph Albert and Alice Augusta (Coate) Plisek. She came to the Bartlesville area as a young child where she grew up, and received her education in Bartlesville, and Dewey schools, graduating with the Dewey High Class of 1968. She was previously married to Jerry Lee Kelley Sr. She made her home in the Dewey area most of her adult life, and had worked at Hunt's Dairy Delight, and later at the Dewey Stockyards, and for a short time at Mom's Café in Dewey. She loved to play Bingo, and was a member of the Church of Christ in Dewey.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her son; Jerry Lee Kelley Jr. and wife Kristin of Bartlesville, by four brothers, Leon Plisek and wife Roswita of Del City, Oklahoma Duane Plisek and wife Patricia of Bartlesville, Robert G. and Lonnie Plisek, of Dewey, by two sisters, Janice Price and husband James of Rogersville, Missouri, and Gaye Cantellay and husband Mike, of Enid, Oklahoma by a granddaughter, Kaylee Kelley of the home, and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by a brother Charles Allen Plisek, and three sisters; Caroline Brewer, Lou Ann Viles, and Betty Jo Nading.
