Marc Robert Stine, 64, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014 in Tucson, AZ. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in the Walker-Brown Chapel with Reverend Chad Perceful officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.

Marc was born December 17, 1949 in Bartlesville, OK the son of Robert James and Wintress Colene (Wiley) Stine. Marc attended Bartlesville schools graduating from Sooner High School in 1968. After graduation he attended Northeastern A & M College in Miami, OK. Marc moved to Tucson in 1971 where he worked remodeling homes. He also became involved in custom manufacturing of sterling silver jewelry. He later owned and operated a landscaping business in Tucson. At the time of his early retirement in 2011, he was in the building industry specializing in metal roofing.
Upon retirement, he moved to his mountain retreat near Sonoita, AZ in the Santa Rita Mountains southeast of Tucson. Chuck, as he was known to his friends, was a true Arizona cowboy. He was known for his sense of humor and being the teller of many funny stories. You would never catch him without his white hat and cowboy boots. He was a gentleman to the ladies and a pursuer of life. He will forever be missed.
Marc is survived by his son David of Tucson, father, Robert Stine of Bartlesville; brother, Gregory Stine and wife Susan of Bartlesville; nephew, Christopher Stine, three aunts and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Wintress Colene (Wiley) Stine, his grandparents William Verl and Violet (Dewey) Stine; Luther and Sadie Eva (Thompson) Wiley.
