Opal Pearl Goodknight, 88, died Friday in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Clarence Lambert officiating. Interment will be in the Oglesby Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Opal Pearl Goodknight was born on February 15, 1924 at Oglesby the daughter of Clarence and Mamie (Fields) Stiles. She was raised at Oglesby and graduated from Ramona High School. She married Howard Dillard Goodknight , Sr. on October 3, 1956 at Clovis, New Mexico. When she was fifty years old she went back to school and received her Cosmetologist License. She worked for the next twenty years in her own shop. She was a member of the Fairview Oklahoma First Christian Church.
Opal is survived by her son Howard Dillard Goodknight, Jr. of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, two daughters, Judy Ann Oliver of Durant and Opal Cherie Merry of Harker Heights, Texas, one brother, Daniel Nelson Stiles of Oglesby, four grandchildren, Jodi Topping, Amanda Collen Day, Howard Dillard Goodknight III and Bradley Neil Goodknight, and several great grandchildren.
