FAIRBORN Vivian Smith, age 87 of Fairborn died on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Wright Care & Rehabilitation. She was born the daughter of John & Nellie (Holland) Sever on June 22, 1925 in Austin, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Smith and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her loving daughters, Wanda (Roger) Smith-Hardin of Fairborn, Marilyn "Wendy" (Michael) Smith-Hacker-Harris of Boston, and Marcella "Marcy" (Joe) Smith-Watson of Dayton, sons Steven E. Smith of Fairborn and Michael R. (Mary) Smith of Boston, sisters Virginia Bradley and Lib Sowers, a brother Jim Severs, numerous grandchildren, great children and great great grandchildren. Vivian worker many years a Fairborn Recreation as a cook and bartender. She was an avid quilter and loved working in her flower garden. Vivian was a loving mother and grandmother and she will be missed by all who love her. Friends may call in the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 11AM to Noon where funeral services follow at Noon. Interment at the Byron Cemetery in Fairborn. Dear Janie, Wendy and Marcy, I am so sorry I can not be with you on Thursday, but know that I will be thinking of you!! I am sure going to miss her and I know she is in a better place, she had a heart bigger then any I have ever known, I thank god each and everyday that she was with me in moms terrible battle with cancer and I will never forget all that she did, I will hold all my wonderful memories of her in my heart forever!! Vivian will be missed by all who knew her. I am very proud to have several quilts that she made over the years, and they remind me of her every time I put one on the bed. Rest in Peace, Vivian. We loved you.

Wish I could be there but I will be thinking of all of you and lighting a candle for Aunt Till . I am so glad I got to see her on my last visit. I love you Aunt Till . What a reunion that will be in heaven !! Prayers for all Jan , David , Aaron , Anthony , and Breanna .
