BEAVERCREEK — Judith R. "Judy" (Amburgey) Cummins, age 68 of Beavercreek, passed away Thursday March 27, 2014. She was born December 1, 1945 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Granville and Vema (Reed) Amburgey. Judy was employed by the U.S. Government in civil service at Wright-Patterson AFB, retiring after 37 years of service. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Larry; a daughter, Melinda (Bob) Dahle of Fairborn; a grandson, Reed Dahle; twin-sister, Sudy Reynolds of Fairborn; sister, Debbie (Robert) Victor of Tampa, FL; two brothers, Sam (Phyllis) Amburgey of Noblesville, IN, Jason (Angela) Amburgey of Fairborn; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. The family will receive friends on Monday March 31, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 1, 2014 at 10:00 A.M., Pastor Tim Walden officiating. Burial will follow in the Byron Cemetery. So sorry for your loss. I worked with Judy at WPAFB at one point in my career. Great lady and hard worker. My thoughts are with her family at this time.

So sorry to read of Judy passing. I worked with her at HQ AFLC in the early 70s. She always had a smile and was very helpful. I share your sorrow and pray for you to have peace.
