XENIA — Kathryn L. Rohler, 95, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014, at Heartland of Centerville. She was born January 5, 1919, in Greene County, Ohio, the daughter of Clarence and Cora Williamson Johnson. She was a member of the Spring Valley United Methodist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Byrd, Centerville, a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth (Chris) Rohler, Xenia, eight grandchildren, Julie (Joe) Dabbelt, Dan (Nicole) Rohler, Nicholas (Sherry) Rohler, Amy (Charles) Carroll, Cindee (David) Thoerner, Angela (Shannon) Shipley, Missi Duncan, and Brian Montgomery, twenty-six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Evelyn Cordray, West Carrollton, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Foye W. Rohler, on June 11, 2003, by a son-in-law, Cleaborn E. "Clay" Byrd, a grandson, Kevin Parsons, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Delmer (Vera) Johnson, Allen (Connie) Johnson, and Harold (Mary) Johnson, and by a brother-in-law, James Cordray. Kathryn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 12noon, Monday, February 10, 2014, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Pastors Gary and Sandra Maynard officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am, Monday, until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Cemetery, Cedarville.
