ENON — Marian D. Edwards, age 95 of Enon, formerly of Fairborn, passed away Monday, November 25, 2013 at her home with Hospice and her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Johnson & Florence (Entler) Johnson; son, Timothy DeCloedt; sister, Helen, and brother, George; husband, Col. John "Curly" Edwards; son-in-law, George S. Toth; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl DeCloedt. She is survived by her children: William (Angela) DeCloedt, Susan (DeCloedt) Toth & Michael (Lynn) DeCloedt; grandchildren: Derek (Leslie) DeCloedt, Scott (Chelsea) DeCloedt, Michael (Alicia) Toth, Emily (Clint) Francis & Kathryn DeCloedt; 5 great-grandchildren: Ian & Evan DeCloedt and Lane & Cort Toth; and Pfeiffer Francis; sisters, Betty Johnson & Donna Johnson; good friend & caregiver, Lora Keeton; and her late husband's children: Steve (Coni) Edwards & Barbara Hall and families. Marian retired as a technical librarian from WPAFB and belonged to Delta Theta Tau Sorority. She and her late husband loved to travel in the U.S. and abroad visiting family and friends after retirement. Funeral service will be 12 noon Saturday, Nov. 30, at Morris Sons Funeral Home, 104 W. Main, Fairborn with Pastor Aaron Chivington officiating. Family will receive friends 11 to noon. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Moline, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hospice of Dayton in her memory. The family wants to thank Hospice of Dayton for the wonderful care of our mother.
