XENIA — Patty J. Wilson, age 66 of Xenia, went to be with the Lord on Monday May 5, 2014. She was born January 11, 1948 in Yocum, KY, the daughter of the late Cecil "Ivan" and Ruby Elizabeth (Gose) Fugett. Patty retired from Walmart in Xenia and was a member of the Church of God Southside, Xenia. She volunteered for many years with Hospice of Dayton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Merita Ann and Wanda Kay; three brothers, Jerry, Don, Ron; and special friend, Karin Lemon. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Ora; four children, Pamela (Brian) Grant, Tammy (Danny) Ross, Greg Wilson, Michael (fiancé, Becca Brush) Wilson, all of Xenia; nine grandchildren, Amber (Scott) Berry, Autumn (Troy) Blessing; Matthew, Jonathan, and Katie-Rose Grant; Madison, Dylan, Ethan, and Sydney Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Ashlynn and Cam Berry; three brothers, Bill Joe (Kolean) Fugett, Farrell (Barbara) Fugett, David (Donnis) Fugett; very special friends, Betty, Connie, Ruby, Danita; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and her beloved church family. The family will receive friends on Friday May 9, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday May 10, 2014 at 10:00 A.M., Pastor Tim Hamilton, Brother Joe Sweet, and Brother Dan Smith officiating.
