FAIRBORN — Angela D. Williams, age 37 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday August 5, 2014. She was born April 27, 1977 in Kettering; graduated from Fairborn High School, Class of 1995, and Clark State School of Nursing in 2012. Angela was currently employed as a nursing administrator with Villa Springfield Health & Rehabilitation Center and she was an auxiliary member of the Forgotten Breed Motorcycle Club. She was preceded in death by her father, Nathan J. Couch; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather. She is survived by her mother, Connie (Thomas) Wlazlo of Fairborn; her fiancé, Robert Slusser of Fairborn; three sons, Ricky Williams, Wesley Williams, Travis Williams; a daughter, Shelby Taylor; step-son, Waylon Slusser; step-daughter, Katie Taylor and her daughter, Aubrie; maternal grandmother, Jeanette Hodge of Fairborn; sister, Kristen Wlazlo of Fairborn; two brothers, Tyler Wlazlo of Fairborn and John Couch of Indiana; as well as other extended family and many friends. The family will receive friends on Monday August 11, 2014 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 12, 2014 at 10:30 A.M., Tony McKiddy officiating. Entombment will follow in the Byron Cemetery Mausoleum.
