FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Sabra Lewis Stephens, 53, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013, in Duke University Hospital. She was born Jan. 12, 1960, in Cumberland County, to Theodore N. Ingraham and Delaney Turlington Ingraham; she was preceded in death by her father. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Lewis. She was a member of Peace Presbyterian Church. She received her associate degree in horticulture from Fayetteville Technical Community College. She is survived by her husband, Jay Stephens, of Fayetteville; two daughters, Nicole Sebik and husband Joe of New Hill and Logan Stephens of Lillington; a son, James Garrett Stephens of New Hill; two grandsons, Lane and E.J.; her mother, Delaney T. Ingraham of Fayetteville: a sister, Teddy Witherspoon and husband Sam of Cary; two brothers, Robert R. Ingraham and wife Michelle of Pinehurst and Jeffrey L. Ingraham of Fayetteville; a niece, Caroline; and a nephew, Sammy. The family will receive friends from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Peace Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Annelle Waldron officiating.
