Staab, Priscilla M.

Priscilla M. Staab (Wirtz), 85, born and raised in St. Peter, WI passed away peacefully to eternal life on November 23, 2012. Born to Joseph and Gertrude Wirtz, she was one of 13 children. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters: Herman, Jack (Ambrose), Herby, Rudy, Philip, Stella (Jerry) Hahn, Genevieve (Bernard) Julka, Edgar, Rita (Ollie) Ciske, Anthony and Christina. She is survived by her sister Olga (Ambrose) Roehrig and her loving husband Frank of 66 years. The proud mother of four: Christine (Tim) Springer, John (Lisa), Roberta (Don) Madon, and Paul (Yvonne), she also called Milwaukee and Florida her home. Priscilla loved music. She played the organ by ear, taught us to polka and was known to spontaneously harmonize with the radio or anyone who might be singing in her vicinity. She was an avid gardener and seamstress and was especially fond of family get-togethers. Priscilla was funny, wise and compassionate. She is greatly loved and will be missed dearly. Rest in peace, Mom. Memorial mass December 15, 2012, at Waterman Village Chapel, Mt. Dora, FL.
