Jason, words will never describe how much I cared about you. When we were younger, we were inseparable. You were there for me the one time I needed someone in my life. We had some very memorable times together, and some I would much rather forget. I tried helping you battle this addiction for many years, I wanted you to see the good side of life and the good you had in you. If you had nothing, you would give 1/2 if your nothing to help someone else. You were one of the most caring, thoughtful people I have ever met. Sadly, the demon called addiction took you far to soon from us all. I love you like a brother Jason and will forever miss you.

I did not know Jason but his obituary was shared by my son's best friend, a friend he no longer gets to spend time with as my son, Matt also left this world too soon, at 25 years old after he met the devil named heroin. My heart goes out to Jason's family as I know too well the pain you suffer.

Lori and Scottie, I am so very very sorry for your loss. I will always remember Jason as that tiny little boy that would repeat the naughty words from scottie and his friends. Lol. It was so adorable. Again, so very sorry. Laurie Collins
