Watts, Floyde E.

Floyde E. Watts, 84 of 350 Winnebago Street, North Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at his residence. He was born August 22, 1927, in Harlan, Kansas, the son of John H. and Bertha T. Cook Watts. On April 3, 1955, he married Elizabeth "Betty" C. Brockway at Racine. Betty preceded him in death on April 17, 2011. Floyde was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving from 1945 to 1955. He was employed with Racine Hydraulics' for over 37 years as an assembler. He enjoyed electric trains, collecting baseball caps, and fishing. Floyde was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Fond du Lac since 1955.

SURVIVORS: Floyde is survived by one son, Floyde E. Watts, California; two brothers, Loren (Ardis) Watts, Kansas City, KS; and Willie Watts, Pillager, MN; one sister-in-law, Zadana Watts, Smith Center KS; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; son, Robert Watts; three brothers, three sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Monday, August 20, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery, and 686 Fond du La Avenue, Fond du Lac.

FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012, at 1 p.m. at The Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum. Reverend Robert Staffer will officiate. Entombment will follow in The Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum. Trier-Puddy American Legion Post No.75 will conduct military services.
