Katie Lynn Berg, 16, Campbellsport, went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at Froedert Hospital, Wauwatosa, due to injuries from a car accident.

She was born on April 13, 1995, at St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend, the daughter of James and Bonnie (nee Jandre) Berg.
Katie was a Junior at Campbellsport High School and a member of the Campbellsport Alliance Church. Katie had a great passion for her family and friends, and enjoyed soccer, swimming, boating, water skiing and shopping. She enjoyed going to Family Bible Camp every year. She sang country music constantly.
Survivors include her parents Jim and Bonnie, her brothers Luke and Jacob, special friend Andrew Behnke, grandparents Rosemary Berg and Ken and Dolores Jandre, aunts and uncles Mary and Joe Nestvedt, Dan Berg, Bruce and Mary Berg, Jean and Bob Stacey, Tom and Barb Jandre, Barb and Jim Hemmingsen, Tim and Jenny Jandre, her cousins, Rachael, Ashley, Will, Nikki, Austin, Jim, Eileen, Kaylie, Abi, Jon, Logan, Mike, Eric, Kristen, Sammy and Hunter, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Bill Berg.
Katie's soul and spirit moved on to heaven, but she left behind her heart to empower the life of a 9-year-old boy.
VISITATION: Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Campbellsport High School Gymnasium, 114 W. Sheboygan St., Campbellsport, and on Friday, February 10, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Campbellsport Alliance Church, N1876 Highway V, Campbellsport.
SERVICES: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at Campbellsport Alliance Church. Rev. Doug Birr will officiate and burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be set up in Katie's name.
