Lily R. (Riddle) Berry, 93 Private Duty Nurse LEOMINSTER -- Lily R. (Riddle) Berry, 93 died at Leominster Hospital, Sunday, July 19, 2015, after an illness. She was the wife of 58 years of the late Gardner Lucien Berry, who died in 1995, and the mother of the late James Almont Berry, who died in 1998, and William Lyman Berry, who died in 1986. She is also predeceased by four brothers and 7 sisters. Lily leaves four granddaughters, Cynthia M. Fontaine, and her husband Wayne, of Templeton; Susanne T. Purcell of Boise, ID; Theresa M. Forgues of Lunenburg, and Sara Jane Goodale of New Ipswich, NH; Eleven Great-grandchildren and Five Great-great-grandchildren. She was born in Westerly, RI, on May 11, 1922, a daughter of the late James Henry, and Mary (Priestly) Riddle, and lived in the Fitchburg area since 1946. Lily was a graduate of the Burbank School of Nursing. She worked as a medical secretary for 18 years in the area and was a private duty LPN for 26 years. Lily was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church in Fitchburg. She was also a member of the Retired Woman's Association, the Booster Club of Fitchburg, and the Red Hat Rascals of Fitchburg. BERRY -- A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Forest Hill Cemetery, 115 Mt. Elam Road, Fitchburg, MA 01420. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lily's name to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. The Smith-Mallahy-Masciarelli and the Fitchburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 243 Water Street, Fitchburg, MA, has been entrusted with Lily's Funeral Arrangements. Jean E. Bourne formerly of Leominster, MA and Silver Springs, FLA MT. BETHEL, PA -- Jean E. Bourne, 87 years of age, a resident of Mt. Bethel Twp., PA since 2007 and formerly of Leominster, MA and Silver Springs, FLA, passed away in Mt. Bethel, PA on July 20, 2015. She was born on May 5, 1928 in Bloomfield, CT. to Antonio Thomas and Ruth (Morton-Belcher) St. Germain. She had been a homemaker. She was a member of The Leominster Homemakers, The Fitchburg Women's Business Assoc., The Escapees RV Association, AARP and The Leominster United Methodist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Bishop, Mt. Bethel, PA and Joyce Long, Monroe, OR and 5 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Roger in 2011. BOURNE -- There will be a period of visitation from 1 - 2 PM, Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ 07825 (Use Columbia for GPS), followed by a funeral service at 2PM. Interment will be at the Hainesburg Cemetery, Route 94, Hainesburg, NJ.

Diane B. (Perry) Brideau, 60 Loving Mother and Ninny FITCHBURG -- Diane B. (Perry) Brideau, 60, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in her home, after an illness. Diane is survived by her daughter, Danielle Lussier and her husband Kevin, of Jefferson, her son, Erik Brideau and his wife Meghan Cormier, of Fitchburg; a brother, David Perry and his wife Donna, of Ashburnham; and her grandchildren whom she loved so very much, James, Jacob, and Colton Brideau and May and Emma Lussier. She is predeceased by a brother Brian Perry. Diane was born in Fitchburg, on March 26, 1955, a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Mary J. (O'Connell) Perry. She graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1973, and lived most of her life in Fitchburg. She worked as the lead assembler at New England Keyboard. Diane will be most remembered for being a devoted, loving mother and Ninny. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved dog, George. BRIDEAU -- Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Lunenburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 763 Mass Avenue, Lunenburg, MA. Burial will be private.
