Carl J. McGreevy


FITCHBURG -- Carl J. McGreevy, a lifelong area resident, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, in his home, after an extended illness.

He leaves one sister, Frances L. Moniz, of Leominster; and many cousins.

Mr. McGreevy was employed as a Machine Operator at the former E.B. Kingman Company in Leominster for many years.

He was a 1961 graduate of the former Leominster High School Trade School, specializing in carpentry.

He enjoyed old cars, oldies music, Patsy Cline and Elvis Presley.

He was born in Leominster, on October 29, 1943, a son of the late Carl C., and Pasqualina "Packy" A. (DeCarolis) McGreevy.

MCGREEVY -- A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 16, at 12:15 p.m. in St. Leo's Cemetery, 360 Lancaster St., Leominster. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a .
