Cecile J. (Perrault) Lucier

FITCHBURG -- Cecile J. (Perrault) Lucier 85, of Fitchburg, MA. passed away peacefully, Monday evening in her home, with her family at her side.
She was born in Leominster, MA. on September 19, 1928, the daughter of William and Blanche (Beaulieu) Perrault. She was raised in Leominster, MA. and attended and graduated from Leominster High School. Cecile worked as a stitcher at the former Asher Pants and Cluet & Peabody for over 10 years. She retired in 1994.
Cecile enjoyed the many camping trips to Hampton Beach with her family and going fishing. She was also a devoted member of her prayer group. In her spare time she liked to knit and crochet.
She is survived by her children, her son's, George Lucier and his wife Judy of Hubbardston, MA., Barry and James Lucier both of Fitchburg, MA., her daughters Nancy Grossi of Fitchburg, MA. and Lynn Thompson and her husband Frederick of Westminster, MA. She also leaves her brothers and her sister, Henry Perrault of Lunenburg, MA., Paul Perrault of New Ipswich, N.H. and Theresa Livi of Leominster, MA., ten grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren one great-great-granddaughter and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Oscar Lucier and her brother Joseph Perrault.
