Sherry is survived by her best friend and husband of 42 years, Ralph Sacramone of Leominster; a son, David Sacramone and his wife, Kari Sacramone of Hubbardston; a daughter, Stephanie Scipione and her husband, Stephen Scipione of Leominster; six very special grandchildren Dana, Rebecca, Samantha, Eric Scipione, and Benjamin and Antonia Sacramone; her sisters Brenda Schrempf and her husband, Dennis of Exeter, N.H., Norma Murray, and her husband, Patrick, and Kathy Tyburski, all of Leominster. She also leaves behind several very special nieces, grandnieces, nephews, cousins, and very close friends who remained by her side throughout her battle.

Sherry graduated in 1968 from Leominster High School and attended several college classes at Mount Wachusett Community College and Bentley College in Waltham. She worked as a Human Resources professional for local branches of companies such as Foster Grant, Simplex, and NEC and finally retired from IC Federal Credit Union following her most recent illness.

She lived with her family in North Leominster for 35 years before downsizing and moving to Union Street. She belonged to Our Lady of the Lake Parish for many years where she taught 3rd grade CCD for a few years.
