LEOMINSTER -- Cynthia Lee (Ayer) LeBlanc, 53 years old, of Leominster, died peacefully on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her devoted husband of 13 years Rene A. LeBlanc, her sisters and their spouses - Beth Ayer and Bob Brugman of Houston, TX, Nancy and Chris Gagliardi of Seekonk, and Gretchen and Jim Wawrzynaik of Leominster and many beloved nieces and nephews that she cherished and adored watching them grow.

Cindy was born April 22, 1959 in Waterbury, CT, daughter of the late Russell and Josephine (Schora) Ayer and had lived in Leominster most of her life. She graduated from Leominster High School in 1977 and from Fitchburg State College in 1981. Cindy had been a Math Teacher at Tewksbury High School. She loved spending time with her family, doting on her dog, Shadie, walking on the beach at Plum Island and always being with her husband, Rene.

LEBLANC -- A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11 am in the Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West Street, Leominster. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster. A calling hour will be held on Thursday morning from 10-11 am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 20 Walnut St., Suite 318, Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.
