James Michael Wixom

of Littleton, formerly of Shirley; 52

LITTLETON -- James Michael Wixom, 52, of Littleton, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at his home.

Mr. Wixom was born in Groton, April 22, 1960, son of Eugene C. and Sandra A. (Gilmartin) Wixom, and has resided in Littleton for 20 years. He grew up in Shirley, and was a 1978 graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School in Fitchburg.

Besides his parents of Shirley, he leaves two sons, Tyler J. Wixom of Newport, NH, and Kevin J. Wixom of Littleton; his sister and brother-in-law, Susan J. and Tom Reynolds of Plymouth.

Mr. Wixom owned and operated Computer Laptop Services with locations in Ayer and Acton. He attained the level of Eagle Scout, had also served as a Cub Scout Leader and baseball coach in the Littleton Town Program. An accomplished drummer known as "Sticks" to his bandmates and fans, he was a member of the band known as "Skid Maak". When he wasn't working or playing with the band, he was on the computer playing his favorite game "freecell".

WIXOM -- A memorial Mass will be celebrated
11 a.m., Friday, October 12th at St. Anthony's Church, 14 Phoenix Street, Shirley. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are 5-8 p.m., Thursday, October 11th at the T. J.
