FITCHBURG -- Nancy L. (Cromwell) Sicard, 57, a lifetime Fitchburg resident, died Friday, Nov. 9, unexpectedly, in her home.
She leaves two daughters, Renee E. Bryan, and her husband, Wes, of Gainsville, FL., and Caroline S. Muniz, and her husband, Jason, of Fitchburg; her parents, John R., and Eleanor M. (Degen) Cromwell of Leominster; one brother, John Cromwell of Townsend; one sister, Faith Clarke of Los Altos, CA.; three grandsons, Alexander and Nikolas Muniz of Fitchburg and Caleb Bryan of Gainsville, FL.
Mrs. Sicard was a Graphic Technician for Digital Equipment Corporation in Maynard for many years and also worked at the Fashion Bug in Rindge, MA for several years. Most recently, she was employed by North Central Mental Health in Gardner.
She was a 1974 graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School, loved music and traveled extensively in her youth, living in New York, Virginia, and Alaska, as well as visiting England and France.
She was born in Leominster, MA, on October 8, 1955.
SICARD -- Her Funeral will be celebrated on Thursday, Nov. 15, at 10:00 a.m. in the Smith-Mallahy-Masciarelli and Fitchburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 243 Water St., Fitchburg. Rev. Mary Ann Barry will be the Celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Fitchburg.
