LEOMINSTER -- Paulette M. (Champa) Robichaud, 68, died peacefully, Monday June 23, 2014, at the Highlands after a very short illness.
She was the wife of the late Peter M. Robichaud who died in 1982.
She leaves three children, Michael Robichaud and his wife Jennifer, Sherri L. Harding, and her husband John, and Karen M. Cordio, and her husband Ron, all of Leominster; eight grandchildren, Matthew Harding, and his wife Amanda, Lindsay Harding, Peter Robichaud, Aaron Robichaud, Abbey Robichaud, Kayla Cordio, Lucas Cordio, and Nicolas Cordio; one great- granddaughter, Evelyn Harding; Her longtime companion of 27 years, Bob Antil, of Leominster; and one brother Joseph Champa of Lunenburg.
Paulette was born in Fitchburg, on July 3, 1945, a daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Spinelli) Champa. She graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1963. She worked as a Secretary for the Leominster and Fitchburg School Departments. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Leominster. She was very involved with the Leominster and the Fitchburg School Departments. She enjoyed spending her winters in Florida and going to the beach. Above all, she loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
ROBICHAUD -- A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 1300 Main Street, Leominster, MA.
There are no calling hours.
Burial will be private at St. Bernard Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paulette's name to the
, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01707.
