RINDGE, NH -- Vincent S. Cefole, 81, of Rindge, NH, formerly of Fitchburg, died Monday, May 13, 2013, in the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH.

He was born on May 15, 1931 in Fitchburg, a son of the late Vincenzo and Augustine (Catanese) Cefole.

Vincent served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in 1954 have attained the rank of Corporal.

Vincent owned and operated Cefole Power Equipment in Ashburnham, which later moved to Winchendon and became Mountain View RV. He cherished spending time with his family and enjoyed card games with his friends. Vincent also enjoyed camping and fishing. He was a member of the American Legion in Winchendon.

Vincent leaves his wife, Virginia (Berardi) Cefole of Rindge; two daughters, Betty Ann Cefole of Ft. Meyers, FL, and Robin Cefole-Clinard of Mocksville, NC; a sister, Mary Spalding of Fitchburg; two step sons, Troy Dorais of Harrisburg, PA and Shane Dorais of Colorado Springs, CO; three step daughters, Kim Wright and Janet Vallencourt, both of Mt. Holly, PA, and Noreen Rau of Fredrick, MD; five grandchildren, Jessica Baldwin, Ryan Peters, Linsey, Cassie, and Ashley Fowler; a brother-in-law, Donald Paine and wife Claire of Fitchburg; sister-in-law, Virginia Kling of Winston Salem, NC, and many nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Betty L. (Paine) Cefole, and his brother, Michael Cefole.

CEFOLE -- His funeral will be held on Friday, May 17 from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony di Padua Church at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home from 5-7 PM on Thursday, May 16. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National MS Society of Greater New England P.O Box 845945, Boston, MA 02284-5945 c/o Paine Power Walkers MS Challenge Walk.
