-- Leona M. (LeBlanc) Boucher formerly of Fitchburg; 94 -- FITCHBURG -- Leona M. (LeBlanc) Boucher, 94, formerly of Fitchburg, died Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Life Care Center of Leominster. Her husband, Alfred Boucher, died in June 1979. Mrs. Boucher was born in St. Norbert, New Brunswick, Canada, September 13, 1918, a daughter of Olivier and Elise (LeBlanc) LeBlanc and resided in Canada before moving to the United States in 1961. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Fitchburg. She leaves three sons, Leo L. Boucher and his wife Annette L. Boucher of Leominster, Hector Boucher and his wife Judy of Ashburnham, Hervey Boucher and his wife, Florence of Fitchburg; two daughters, Elise Bradford of Louisiana, Aurore and Jean Guy Thebeau of Fitchburg; a daughter-in-law, Annette Boucher (belated of Philias) of Leominster, 12 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She was the mother of the late Philias Boucher of Fitchburg who died in 2005 and Raymond Boucher of Newport, NH who died in 2006 and the sister of the late Irenee LeBlanc and Laura Richard both of Canada. BOUCHER -- A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, July 11th at St. Joseph's Church, 49 Woodland Street, Fitchburg. Prayers of committal will be offered at St. Joseph Cemetery. A visitation period will be prior to Mass from 9:30- 10:30 AM at the Isabelle & Anderson Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information.
