Corinne Ann (Sawyer) Moore, 78
WESTMINSTER -- Corinne Ann (Sawyer) Moore, 78, died at her home on December 11, 2012 after a long illness.
She leaves her husband Raymond Garfield Moore, one son Gary Moore and his wife Diane of Westminster, two daughters Sharon Draleaus of Fitchburg, and Tracey Strand and her husband Mark of IL, sixgrandchildren, Jonathan Moore, Raymond Draleaus, Cindy Draleaus, Crystal Draleaus, Justin Strand and Karly Strand, one sister Shirley LaRoche of Gardner, and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by two brothers and two sisters, Fr. Gerald Jailett, Earl Sawyer, Gloria Huddleston, and Theresa LeBlanc.
Corinne was born in Gardner on October 7, 1934, a daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Bastarache) Sawyer. She was a graduate of Gardner High School. Corinne worked as a secretary for Gardner Hardware and then with her husband at Raymond G. Moore, Inc.
Corinne loved to play cribbage; she was once a State Champ. She also loved to garden, travel, and the Red Sox. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed doing puzzles and caring for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
MOORE -- Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Westminster Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Westminster, MA 01473.
Interment will follow in the Woodside Cemetery, 9 Narrows Road, Westminster, MA.
Calling Hours will be in the Funeral Home on Friday, December 14, 2012 from 6:00 -- 8:00 P.M.
