of Leominster; 79

LEOMINSTER -- Joseph L. "Jo Jo" Roach, 79, of Leominster, died September 16, 2013, at home. He was born August 19, 1934, in Waltham, MA son of Joseph L. and Anna (Patterson) Roach Sr.

Mr. Roach was a Tech writer at Raytheon for 26 years, and worked as a consultant for the U. S. AirForce, retiring in 1994. He was a member of St. Leo's Parish, Good Sam Camping Group and Squanicook Camping Group.

JoJo is survived by his wife of 58 years, Josephine P. (Pellegrini) Roach "Dolly"; four daughters; Mary Ellen Chartrand, and her husband Richard, Janet Guzman, Janice McGrath, and her husband Robert, all of Leominster, Shelly Cormier and her husband Jason of Fitchburg, one brother, Henry Roach of Florida, a brother-in-law, William Pellegrini, of Georgia, 7 grandchildren; Ryan McGrath, Brad McGrath, Matthew Hare, Patrick Hare, Justin Guzman, Jenna Guzman and Christopher Rivard, along with 3 great-grandchildren Eric, Taylor and Alicia McGrath of Leominster.

ROACH -- His Funeral will be held Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, from Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster, with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Leo's Church, 128 Main St., Leominster.
