I honestly do not know where to begin. I met Michael while working with him in the ER in Gardner, he was an incredible nurse who went above and beyond with every patient and he was also an incredible friend who was always there for me. I will miss his infectious smile and those beautiful flowers he would grow and the pride he would have whenever he spoke of his black lab Coleman.
I learned a lot from my time with him, I only wish I had had more time to spend with him. I was saddened when he moved to Texas and was devastated to hear of his death. I wish you had never moved to Texas and you were still just a phone call or text away. My thoughts are with his family and Coleman.

I knew Mike through my job, as i was his hairdresser for the past 2 years. He was always so kind to myself and co-workers. I will never forget all the great stories he told me, and how we'd always chat about his garden! He brought us flowers and always had lots of pictures to show me. You could tell he took pride in what he loved to do. I was very sad when i found out he left for Texas because i always enjoyed his company. And im deeply sadden that he has passed. My prayers go out to his family. He will be missed and never forgotten.

Mike was a great individual, and I am saddend to hear of his passing. I saw him at heywood a while back when my oldest was being treated there. Mike was kind to my youngest and told him a couple of jokes and got him laughing to get his mind off his older brother. I didn't think he recognized me at first from HS, as we had graduated together. But, he did. He was a "genuine" person and you knew from his infectious smile that he had a caring nature and loving heart. I am certain that I can speak for all of his alumni from the class of 1992, that he will be deeply missed. My sincerest condolences to his family, and closest friends.

I knew Mike for many years and shared many good memories, From playing street hockey for Eastwood, Hanging out in High School and his college years. My fondest memory of Michael was when he taught me how to snowboard along with Zach when i was 23. It was one of the greatest days I ever had. I saw him in september at heywood and he helped me out tremendously, at first I thought I was getting special treatment because he was such a great friend, but as i watched I noticed he treated every person that came in there the same way. He was truelly an amazing, helpful and caring person. He was one of the nicest guys I knew. He will be greatly missed! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I will never forget Michael. I first met him when I went to Massachusetts for Rob and Marci's wedding. He was always smiling and laughing with his brothers, sister and mother. It was obvious to everyone who saw him that he loved his family very much. Later, I got to see him extend that love to all of his nephews as well.
After my horrendous car accident in 2007, Michael helped so much. He went and got my glasses so I could see and he talked to my sister, Marci, to make sure she knew what was going on with me.
Mainly though, what I remember most was when Michael picked me up from the hospital and took me home. He was so good about making sure I knew when we would be going around a curve or hit even a slight bump so I would be prepared for any pain I might feel. I remember him patiently guiding me up the stairs and being ready to catch me if I fell and giving medical advice during late night telephone conversations. I know that without Michael it would have been so hard for both me and Marci to get through my accident.
Michael was an amazing person and everyone who knew him will miss him.

I waited two days to post something... yet I still have no words. From the time we met in 8th grade and all through high school and beyond, he was someone I was very fond of. I saw him last some years back when he was my triage nurse in the ER in Gardner. It was great to catch up, though I wish we had more time to talk. I will hold so many memories of him close to my heart. His family and friends are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I first met Mike in 1999 when I came over from London to work at Alternatives in Fitchburg. I remember the first day he took me out hunting for cars and we quickly became friends. We ended up living together in Worcester MA for a year. I cannot express enough how saddened I was to hear of his passing. Mike introduced me to Snowboarding, and made me laugh so many times. We kept in touch, and although I’ve been back in the UK for a while now I still count him as a good and loyal friend. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. I will miss him so much.

As many others who have posted in this guest book, I as well met Mike working at Whalom Park. I have so many great memories of our time spent together. I will never forget the many camping and fishing trips we took together over the years heading out in his white Subaru hatcback with the big yellow "banana" canoe attached to the roof. He was the very definition of a true friend, compassionate, caring and thoughful. One that I will truly miss but whose memory I will forever hold dear to me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family during this very difficult and trying time. May he rest in peace.

I have only knew Mike for a few months and had the honor of working with him only a few times here in the ER at Seton Williamson. He was the most generous, kind, loving and compassionate person I have every known. He would always bring in something to share with the entire staff in the ER. The last thing he offered was a decadent peanut butter cup from Starbucks. Thank you Mike for the short time I was able to have known you. RIP. You will be missed..

Mike was my neighbor for many years. He left less than a year ago to move to TX. He talked so much about how caring for patients was his #1 priority. He would go out of his way for them. He always brought me and my girls the most beautiful flowers one has ever seen. You will be so greatly missed. We will miss Coleman as well. I won't forget all our great memories of hanging out and our interesting talks, eating hotdogs at 2am,etc. RIP Mike. Stacey Pitre (Gardner, MA)

I worked with Mike here at Seton in Round Rock and he will be missed dearly. He was incredible with his patients and was always bringing in goodies for the staff. Computers were not his strong suit but who cares. He tried harder than anyone I've met. So sorry for your family's loss.
