Connor Joshua McKenna
lifelong resident of Leominster; 14

LEOMINSTER -- Connor Joshua McKenna, 14, of Stagecoach Road, died unexpectedly Friday, April 18, 2014, at Health Alliance - Leominster Hospital.

Connor was born in Leominster, July 15, 1999 and was a lifelong resident of the city.

He leaves his parents, Kirstin L. Warila-Mitton and Robert Mitton; his biological father, Joshua M. McKenna and his wife, Pam, of Leominster; four brothers, Tucker Mitton, Reilly Mitton, Brody Mitton, Landon Mitton all of Leominster; two sisters, Ella Mitton and Isabella McKenna both of Leominster; his maternal grandparents, Margaret Craig, Jeff and Lori Warila all of Shirley; paternal grandparents, John and Cindy Mitton of Shirley, Leigh and Joe Benway of Lancaster, Mark McKenna of Nashua, NH; great-grandparents, Marilyn Scherer of Shirley, Alice Craig of Fitchburg, Kristine Warila of Chester, NH, Corliss Sullivan of Leominster and Thelma Patient of Casa Meza, Arizona. He also leaves several aunts, uncle and cousins.

Connor was a member of the Nashoba Valley Unlimited baseball and basketball program and an honorary member of the Twin City Hawks Squirt Team # 2. He enjoyed listening to music, playing with his special toys, spending time with his family and his

"tomato chair". He enjoyed spending time at the beach, going to Eastport, Maine every 4th of July, Mimi and Papa's camp and at his Grampy and Grammy Mitton's farm. He was fortunate to be able to make two trips to Disneyworld in Florida.

Connor was very appreciative of the teachers, staff and facilities of the Perkins School in Watertown where he was prepared to graduate from the lower school grade later this spring.

Throughout his brief life, Connor touched many lives with his wonderful sense of humor and positive outlook.

MCKENNA -- A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am Thursday, April 24th at St. Anthony's Church, 14 Phoenix Street, Shirley. Private burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Townsend.

Calling hours are 5-8 Wednesday, April 23rd at the T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road, (Rte 2A) Ayer. Please see for additional information.
