Theresa M. Cucchiara
Formerly of Leominster, MA; 81

Theresa Margaret Cucchiara, 81, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died August 3, 2014, at the Mid Pinellas Hospice Care Center in Pinellas Park, after a long battle with cancer.

Theresa was born January 1, 1933, in Leominster, MA and relocated to Florida in 1995.

She married her husband Vito on July 4, 1953, and enjoyed 61 years of marriage to her constant companion and best friend. Theresa and Vito operated many family businesses, including numerous service stations in the Leominster area.

During their retirement years, Theresa and Vito were instructors for ballroom and line dancing in Florida during the fall and winter, and in Massachusetts and Virginia in the summer.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Vito Cucchiara; sons, Michael Cucchiara (Joy), and Bill Cucchiara (Laurel); daughter, Nancy Ryan (Chris); three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Friday, August 15, at 11:00 a.m. at the Prince of Peach Church, 5 Worcester Road, Princeton, MA. The family will hold a private burial at a later date.
