LEOMINSTER -- Richard F. Mumford, 62 years old, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 26, 2011 after a brief illness, with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Kathleen E. (Stodulski) Mumford, his daughters Christine M. Lane and Pamela J. Mumford as well as his granddaughter Madelaine E. Lane, all of Leominster. Known to his family as "Papa", Richard most enjoyed being with "his girls", especially summers spent at the beach and Saturday morning coffee at Panera Bread. Richard took great pride in his family and will surely be missed by many, especially his 2 puppy family members, Sadie and Mia, whom you would find by his side every day.
