of Fitchburg; 25

FITCHBURG -- Kara Ann Rodenizer, 25, of Fitchburg, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Roosevelt Hospital, New York City.

Kara was born in Leominster, August 11, 1987, the daughter of Craig Rodenizer and Connie (Desautels) Pruitt, and was a member of the Lunenburg High School, Class of 2005. She later continued her education at Salter College where her focus study was in the Medical Assistant Program.

She was employed by McNally's Restaurant in Westminster which she very much enjoyed.

She will be sadly missed by her mother and stepfather, Connie and Glenn Pruitt of Fitchburg; her father, Craig Rodenizer of Athol; her brother, Chaz Langlois, and stepsister, Meghan Pruitt, both of Fitchburg.

She leaves her maternal grandfather, Kenneth Desautels of Tenn.; her paternal grandmother, Ann Hall of NY; her uncles, Donnie Brouillet, Bob Desautels, Kenneth Desautels, Ronn Rodinzer and Joel Rodenizer; her aunts, Marybeth Herrington, Cheryl Rodenizer, Heidi Rodenizer; and her Aunt Charlotte and Uncle Dave Johnson; her cousins, Mark and Daniel Herrington, Alonna and Cody Rodenizer and Crystal Brouillet.

She also leaves her boyfriend, Nicolas Lafleur; and her dog, "Zoey".

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Alan and Judith Rodenizer.

Kara was very special to all who knew her. She loved to have fun and make everybody laugh. Her beautiful smile and contagious laugh will be missed.

RODENIZER -- A Celebration of Kara's Life will be held from 1-3 PM, Tuesday, January 1st at McNally's Restaurant, 88 Sargent Rd., Westminster. All are welcome. Contributions in Kara's name to be made for future designations may be left with her family at the celebration. The Louis M.
