Christopher D. Snapp formerly of Townsend, MA and Nashua, NH -- ROCHESTER, NH -- Christopher D. Snapp of Rochester, NH, formerly of Townsend, MA and Nashua, NH died unexpectedly on July 4, 2013. He was 36 years old. He was born in Nashua, NH November 19, 1977, and was the son of Charlotte and Edward A. Snapp. Christopher attended Townsend schools before graduating from Nashua High School. Chris worked as a loan officer for several years and, more recently, he worked as a home remodeler. He enjoyed spending time at the family camp in Maine. He was especially good at working with his hands and took pride in repairing and renovating his home. He had a special gift for music and could play almost any tune on the piano by ear. Chris loved animals and had a dog named Dolly. He enjoyed people and was always willing to help others. He leaves his mother, Charlotte Olsen of Exeter, NH, his father, Edward Snapp of West Townsend, his brother, Patrick E. Snapp of Hampton, NH, a brother, Edward J. Snapp and his wife, Suzanne of Whitinsville, MA, a nephew, Kenneth C. Snapp of Hampton, NH and his step-mother, Janet Wesson-Snapp of West Townsend, MA. SNAPP -- A memorial service to celebrate Christopher's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the First Baptist Church, 461 Main St., West Townsend, MA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Organ Restoration Fund in memory of Christopher.
