Leon "Lee" Siciliano
of Fitchburg; 81

FITCHBURG -- Leon "Lee" Siciliano, 81, of Fitchburg died Saturday, March 1, 2014 in his home.

Lee was born in Fitchburg on August 29, 1932 a son of the late Alissandro and Mary (Cali) Siciliano. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Lee retired from Simonds Saw and Steel and was a 50 year member of the Local #39 out of Fitchburg. He was also a member of the Son's of Italy. Lee was a skilled baker and Italian cook. He loved to play cards and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved skiing and hunting and all Boston sports.

He leaves his son, Alexander "Sandy" Siciliano and his wife Linda of Fitchburg; grandchildren, Kirby, Bianca, Carley, Shea, and Vina; great-grandchildren; Isaac Alexander and Naima; brother, Joseph Siciliano of Clearwater, FL.

Lee was predeceased by his wife Shirley (McNally) Siciliano, son Leon "Lee-J" Siciliano; brother Salvatore Siciliano; and his sisters, Jane Eskola and Pamela Moison.

SICILIANO -- The funeral will be held from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Friday, March 7, 2014 with a Mass in Saint Anthony di Padua Church at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Saint Bernard's Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 4-6 PM on Thursday, March 6 in the funeral home.
