Ottis Yarbrough Sr. FLORENCE, SC - Ottis Yarbrough, Sr., 70, of Florence, passed away Tuesday Morning, March 29, 2011. Mr. Yarbrough was born in Odum, Georgia a son of the late Elmer Emerson and Fannie Pearl Tripp Yarbrough. He was a US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. Surviving are his son, Ottis (Ronda) Yarbrough, Jr. of Florence; Sisters, Ada Mae Wright, of Timmons-ville, and Virginia Tomlinson of Jessup, Georgia; and two grandchildren, Justin Yarbrough and Dylan Yarbrough. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2011 at Florence National Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hillside Free Will Baptist Church, 2405 S. Purvis Drive, Florence, SC 29505. The family will receive friends at the residence of Ottis Yarbrough, Jr, 1920 Longwood Drive, Florence, SC. Please sign the guest registry at the obit section of www.stoudenmiredowling.com.
