Laura H. Stiles, age 94, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013 while under the care of the Evergreen Nursing Center. Born October 9, 1918 in Wellsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late George R. and Blanche (Rodewig) Howard.
Mrs. Stiles enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching, crossword puzzles and playing cards.
She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy S. Snyder and her husband, J. Bradford of Cranberry Township and Patricia Connelly and her husband, John, of Apopka, FL; her three grandchildren, Christopher Snyder of Cranberry Township, Caroline Crawford and her husband, James of Portland, OH and Dennis Fingers and his wife, Michelle, of Wake Forest, NC; her five great-grandchildren, Austin and Garrett Snyder, Laura Crawford and Benjamin and Madison Fingers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth "E.B." Stiles; her grandson, Matthew Fingers; her brother, and her two sisters.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 130 Wisconsin Avenue, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor in support of the First Christian Church, 2010 South Babcock Street, Melbourne, Florida, 32901.
