Mom, I can't believe it's been nine years already. I miss you every day and wish you were here to talk to, but I know you are home with the Lord and with your family. You're all together now. I pray I will see you again someday mom. I miss you something terrible. I will celebrate you on Monday at Olive Garden like we always do. God rest your soul. I love you.

As we're heading into the Holiday Season (our season), I feel your loss more than ever. I still can't believe you're no longer here on earth. You remain in my heart forever. I love you so much and cannot wait til we meet again. You were the best mother a son could ever hope to have. I miss your smile, your laughter, your sillyness and even your scolding. I miss your voice. Even though I talk to you all the time, it's not the same. I love you and know you are at peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father and with your family.
Your Son.

Mom, I am so glad I got to dance with you one last time, (even if it was just a little shake of your booty while I was helping you back to your recliner) I will cherish that memory forever. I will also miss the sound of your laughter; all your jokes; the times you played kick boxing and tickling Gary on the sofa while I watch from afar laughing my head off; the great food we made as a family (especially your families famous recipe for sweet-bread); calling my name when you could not find something and I walk right over and find it before you could blink an eye; playing cards and the cribbage board with you, Gary, and our many friends who visit us. But most of all I will miss you smile which brighten everyone's day, and your kisses and hugs at Christmas (thanking me for a gift you wanted and got, got a gift and had no clue what it was for, and receiving a gift you did not need but kept it anyway). I will miss watching your favorite game shows (Wheel of Fortune, and Pyramid) and all the many TV series and most of all, your favorite show NCIS. I know it will be hard for me and Gary for a while, we know your in a better place and we know your watching our every move. I will watch Gary for you and keep him safe while were walking this long road called life, and I know you will be watching our every move. I Love You and will Miss You. Until we meet again, Love Drew

My Dearest Mom,
I miss our banter as you passed out the evening's music and that occasional reprimand. I know you are watching over us all and making certain that we are doing well. Rest in peace, my love. I miss and love you.
