Fagan, Richard*  
Richard Joseph Fagan Merritt Island, FL Richard Joseph Fagan died peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, April 11, 2015 after a long illness. Born October 5, 1954 in Boston, Massachusetts, Dick moved with his family to Miami at a young age. He attended local schools, graduating from Miami Norland High School.  He was in the automobile industry in Merritt Island and a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church.  Dick is survived by his beloved daughter, Jordan Fagan, Malabar, his mother, Antoinette Fagan, Merritt Island, brothers William, Orlando and Stephen, Cooper City and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father, William and sister, Nancy.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 9 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Merritt Island.

Harper-Richardson, Jean*  
Jean Harper-Richardson Merritt Island, FL Jean Harper-Richardson, 81, of Merritt Island, FL passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015.  Born in Woburn, Massachusetts, Jean moved to Florida in 1973 from Saugus.  For over 20 years, she helped run her husband's plumbing business. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Red Hat Society.  Jean was previously a member of the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed quilting, reading and playing games. She was preceded in death by husbands Walter Harper in 2000, and Leon Richardson in 2012. Jean is survived by her children: Steven (Diana) Harper of Newnan, GA ; Lauren(Dan) Wilkin of Merritt Island;  stepchildren Dan (Peggy) Richardson of Cocoa, Linda (Bill) Dunathant of Boca Raton , and Barby (Ken) McCloskey of Orlando; brother, Gordon (Mary Jane) Reblin of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren: Sean,  Amanda , Christine; step-grandchildren Wendy (Jack), Kerry (Stephen), and Emily (Jeff); and  great-grandchildren,  James and Paige; in addition to several beloved cousins, nieces, nephews,  in-laws and dear friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 65 Needle Blvd., Merritt Island, FL 32953 or Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Viera, FL 32940. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 3-4PM with a memorial service to begin at 4PM at Grace United Methodist Church, as well as a gathering following the service.

Myers, Richard*  
Richard "Bob" Myers Titusville, FL Richard "Bob" "Poncho" Myers, 65, of Highland Ter., Titusville, died Thursday, April 16, 2015, at his home. North Brevard Funeral Home is handling the arrangements, which are incomplete at this time. Pastor JC Weeks of Crossroads Community Church will officiate the service.  Myers was born February 22, 1950, in Winston Salem, NC to NASCAR pioneer Bobby Harris Myers and Laura Lorene Younts. For over 30 years, Myers worked for Boeing/ULA. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife Judy Johnson Myers of the home; daughter Tracy Myers of Daytona; son Robert Myers of the home; grandchildren Hannah Myers and Jordan Snowden of Daytona; Brother Danny "Chocolate" Myers and his wife Caron of Lexington, NC; brother-in-law James Johnson and Raymond Johnson of Titusville; sisters-in-law Beverly and her husband Charles, and Lisa Johnson of Titusville; Nieces Chrissy Johnson and Stacy Johnson of Titusville and Alexi Myers of Lexington, NC; and his beloved dog Sugar. Simmons, Rosemary*  
Rosemary t. Simmons Satellite Beach Rosemary Terhune Simmons, 83, of Satellite Beach passed away on April 10 in Merritt Island, FL after a long illness. Rosemary was born in Springfield, IL and was the only daughter of the late Francis Lee Terhune and Nelly Savage and the younger sister of Louis Savage Terhune and Francis Lee Terhune, Jr. Rosemary is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, James D. (Jim) Simmons of Satellite Beach;  her children Jim (Laurie) of Melbourne Beach, Kathy of San Diego, Rick (Charlie) of Melbourne and John (Michele) of Merritt Island; grandchildren Blythe (Nathan) Grossmann, Holly Simmons,  Ross Simmons and Jeff Simmons; and great-grandchildren Cora and Cassandra Grossmann and Jayce Simmons. Rosemary was the long-time owner of the Spin-A-Yarn shop in Cocoa Village where she shared her skills and passion with her many friends. A memorial service will be conducted at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church in Satellite Beach, at which she has been a proud member since 1960, on Friday, April 24 at 2 PM. Gabriel S. Aiello Jr Melbourne, FL Gabriel S. Aiello Jr., 88 of Melbourne, FL, died peacefully on April 12, 2015. He leaves his wife of 40 years Andrea Rollins, and his children, Gabriel S. Aiello III and wife Karin Strom of Columbia, NJ, and Peter Aiello of Orange Park, FL; step children, Sally Dietz (husband Rob) OH, Betsy Arnot (husband Bob) IL, Annie Scully (husband Bob) PA; grandchildren, Sita, Raphael, Laurel, and Nicholas, CA, Christopher, FL, and Jessica, TX; step grandchildren Colin, NYC, Annaliese, OH, Timothy, IA, and Sandy, IL, Samantha, NYC, Katie, GA, and Bobby, PA; a sister Sally McCausland GA, and a cousin Angela Zaccardi, NJ. Gabe, formerly of Montclair NJ, was in the commercial real-estate business, but best known as a restaurateur, owner of the Wedgwood Cafeteria and Gabe's Galley, landmarks in the area. He was a 65 year member of Kiwanis and his lifelong pastimes were salt water fishing and boating. In 1986 he and Andrea moved to Marathon in the Florida Keys, where they resided for 21 years. A member of the Marathon Yacht Club, he served as Fleet Captain for many years leading cruises to the Bahamas, as well as east and west coasts of Florida, visiting many yacht clubs as representative to the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs, and navigating the East Coast twice from the Keys to Maine and back. Benya Sr., Edward*  
Edward G. Benya Sr. Cocoa Beach, FL Edward George Benya, Sr. of Cocoa Beach, FL, 91, died Saturday, April 11, 2015, surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and nephews.   Ed served in the 135th Signal Radio Intelligence Company during World War II and recently received the French Legion of Honor medal. After his military service, Ed graduated from the University of Michigan. He was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Ed was a pioneer in the Space Program where he had a long, interesting career working as a cryogenic engineer.  Ed is survived by his children, Edward Benya, Jr. (Tina), Vivian Benya-Lasagni (Larry), Mary Macchiaverna (John), and his 3 nephews, Jim, George, and Ray Benya.  He is blessed with 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date to honor Ed's life.

Brown Sr., Ray*  
Ray E. Brown, Sr. Merritt Island, FL Ray E. Brown, Sr., 82, of Merritt Island, FL passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015.  A native of Greenville, SC, Ray moved to Florida in 1950 upon joining the United States Navy.  He owned and operated Ray Brown Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.  Ray was a member of the Merritt Island Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christina; brother, Gene and sister, Babs. Ray is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Candace A. Brown; sons: John(Debbie), Ray Jr., and Michael(Caroline); daughters:Jennifer Sims(Dustin), Patti Older, and Cheryl Strickland; brothers: David(Flonise) and Larry(Becky); sisters:Connie Walker and Carolyn Yates; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home from 2-3PM Saturday, April 25, 2015 followed by a memorial service at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Central Brevard Humane Society.
