Tom is survived by his loving wife and companion of 25 years, Linda Bertrand Eaton. He also leaves behind special spirits that have shared and enriched his life: Echo, Astrid, Henri, Nataucha, Maxi, Lily, Thea and his wonderful Ross. Also, his dear and supportive friend, Evelyn.
Tom was scholar, educator, counselor, mentor and advocate. He devoted his life to the work of social justice. He was generous, loving, gentle, caring man. He left us much too soon! We mourn his death but celebrate his life of caring and service to others.
