To Zelma, we share in your loss. I worked with Otis at Atlantic Culvert for the past four years and always looked forward to seeing him on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Otis was funny and charming. He never missed an opportunity to make me laugh. At the same time, we had many endearing conversations about life. His stories of all his travels were fascinating. A good man whose memory will always make me smile. I will miss you Otie. ~At Peace in God's Arms~
